CRUNCHY CHOCOLATE CANDY BASKETS
2 - 225 g packages (14 squares) of sweet baking chocolate
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 cups crushed cornflakes
jellybeans or smarties to fill cups
Heat chocolate on full power in microwave for 3-4 minutes.
Stir until lumps are melted.
Stir in coconut and crushed cornflakes.
Scoop large spoonfuls into large greased muffin tins and press with a spoon to make baskets.
Chill to set.
Remove from tins and set in paper muffin cups.
Fill with candies and chill until serving time.
